Show comments in command tree

Hi,

Thanks for this extension, very useful!

One feature idea: It would be great if g-code comments like `(DRILL FIRST SCREW HOLE)` were shown in the command tree. Maybe even indenting the commands after. Could make it a lot easier to get an overview of what's going on :) .
