Grab the latest remix source code and integrate it into Estuary, including:

proper colour scheme
linked/or embedded into estuary.tech (can include a link to https://fvmstudio.estuary.tech/ )
create link or button from Estuary website (maybe restyle?)
add filecoin specific example contracts
remove annoying popup
