Feature request: File upload support

We were using Apollo 1.0 with apollo-upload-client. But since network layer is refactored, file upload is no longer supported by Apollo 2.0.

apollo-fetch-upload looked promising but it seemsapollo-fetch is deprecated by Apollo 2.0. Is there any plan for something like apollo-link-upload?
