Seeking Advice on Upgrading from Pulsar 3.0.5 to LTS Version

Hello Community,

We are currently running Apache Pulsar 3.0.5 in production and are experiencing several issues. We are planning to upgrade to a more stable Long-Term Support (LTS) release. According to the project's release page, the current LTS versions are the 3.0 line (latest 3.0.15) and the 4.0 line (latest 4.0.8).

We would greatly appreciate advice from the community on the following:

Version Recommendation: Based on your production experience, which version among the LTS releases (3.0.15 or 4.0.8) is currently considered more stable and has fewer known critical bugs?

Upgrade Path: we can upgrade directly from 3.0.5 to 4.0.8 in a single step? Or is an intermediate upgrade to the latest 3.0.x (3.0.15) required or recommended?
