Zeppelin is a visual analysis tool that submits Spark code and SparkSQL online

Motivation

Zeppelin, as the main analysis tool for Spark, is more user-friendly for the development of Kyuubi if it supports Spark SQL well and supports context

It works out-of-box for SQL cases, just like using Zeppelin to connect HiveServer2. What does "supports context" means?

Zeppelin has fragments that can pass context between them, such as the output of the previous SQL result, which can be used as input to the next SQL

Not yet. But we definitely have a plan to enhance the integration with Zeppelin, this may occur 2024H1
