Describe the proposal

JDK 17 is the latest LTS version, and its adoption is increasing rapidly, we should make Kyuubi support JDK 17 ASAP

• Switch to Kyuubi Shaded Zookeeper #4852

• Fix flaky test TFrontendServiceSuite #4857
• Fix flaky test BackendServiceMetricSuite #4865
• Relax test message assertion in "sync query causes engine crash" #4858
