hudi-integ-test excluded by default from local builds

While refactoring stuff, I noticed that we don't build hudi-integ-test during a mvn clean package -DskipTests. Any compilation fails are only caught in CI.

Any specific reason for this? @yihua @nsivabalan

hudi-integ-test module is included when compiling with the profile -Pintegration-tests. It is only part of the tests so it is only included with the profile.
