dubbo3使用dubbo-registry-polaris接入polaris，使用Triple协议，注册与服务发现使用的服务名规则与dubbogo不一致，互相不能发现服务，dubbogo 在服务注册或发现是会默认在接口全名前加 providers 或consumers作为服务名，如下图。proto文件是一致的，dubbo版本为3.1.3，dubbogo版本为3.0.5

我这里统一下 dubbogo，不带上这个 provider 前缀吧
