[Feature]Frontend: support multi registries

What would you like to be added:
Support multiple registries in frontend. Each registry is a kind of Isolation Domain.

1. Api of listing registries need to be defined.
2. Every api （except auth related apis ）need to add parameter mesh, indicating the registry chosen in drop-down box.

Why is this needed:
Multiple registries has been supported in backend. This issue is for frontend. UI screenshot is blow:
