Publishing datafusion_sqllogictest as a crate.

Currently datafusion_sqllogictest is used internally as a testing framework. Since datafusion is used by more and more projects, it would be quite convenient for other projects utlized the exisiting datafusion_sqllogictest framework, and here is an example of this approach.

I agree it makes sense . As sqllogictest is included in the approved release tarballs, I think we can just publish the previously approved releases. I will give it a try and report back

It seems to have worked well. I published the last three versions to https://crates.io/crates/datafusion-sqllogictest
