trying to do the first attempt (pick apart results in banking stage) in a more quarantined fashion. the second attempt (get balances in svm via account loader and pass up in results, with callback for parsing token accounts) was rejected and the theorized alternate approach (do all work in callbacks in svm) does not make much sense because its the same as this except with more indirection
