What Problem Does This Solve?

Currently, the only way to shuffle a playlist or TV show's episodes is as described here, which requires starting an episode or track in a non-shuffled manner.

Suggest a Solution (optional)

It would be great if shuffle could be started before starting to play anything, so even the first episode or track is random instead of user-picked.
