Refiling https://issuetracker.google.com/369369572 so it can go in our release tracking.
native-debug-symbols.zip is the bundle of symbols that gets uploaded for Play. It's a more predictable output location from AGP than the intermediates are, and we could probably even make it work directly on the AGP project directory without the user needing to specify the full path to the artifact (though we should support that too for offline symbolizing).
Assigning to r28 for now in case I find the time, but it probably won't make it.
