What needs to be done, to make it available via the new plugin directory?

I made some thumby nail sized help anims to explain first time user how & what to do.
First time users often stuck.

Any idea where to put this?

Thank you for the gifs. There was very strictly rules for plugin repo names, etc. Now I saw to the registration process. It seem that rules have become more flexible. I will try to register some of my plugins.
