add support for CDT include and binary containers

Expected Behavior

EasyShell menu should be available for CDT Include container children and Binary files children

Actual Behavior

No EasyShell menu for "C:/msys/...":

No EasyShell menu for "CppTest.cpp":

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Right mouse click (context menu) and CDT Include entry or Binary Executable entry.
