fix(analytics-react-native): support RN 0.73

Summary

• To support RN 0.73, library authors have to bump to AGP 8.1.1 according to the breaking changes list
• AGP 8.0 requires namespace in module level gradle.build https://developer.android.com/build/releases/past-releases/agp-8-0-0-release-notes#namespace-dsl
• Replace JCenter with Maven Center by following https://developer.android.com/build/jcenter-migration

For RN >= 0.73

• Added new AndroidManifestNew.xml without namespace
• Added namespace in build.gradle

Fix

• feat(android): add namespace to support for RN 0.73 and android best practices #616
• feat(android): change java version to 17 to support RN 0.73+ #617
• Issue building with Gradle 8 and RN 0.73.4 #665

Hi @grifotv, the languageVersion error is from gradle. See facebook/react-native#41580 (comment)
