powershell illegal characters in path

Hi,
FYI - I had an issue with Illegal characters in path.

I had to modify:
https://github.com/alopezrivera/owo/blob/f3defa80035fcc93c75e043b4f915e580acb587a/src/Conversion/Conversion-Config.psm1#L279
To exclude "//?/".

I'm migrating PC unfortunately, so I won't be able to provide further information or test in the future - but I hoped flagging the issue might be helpful.

I'm on Windows 10 Enterprise, PowerShell version 5.1.19041.2364 Desktop.
