Timeline Tooltips still visible after deleting an item.

Timeline tooltips don't get removed after deleting an item.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Hover over an item to view the tooltip
2. Select the item
3. Delete the item by clicking the red x
4. Notice that the tooltip stays visible until you hover over another element in the timeline
