Configurable Ad Fields

Description

Ad fields are being removed from the plugin because they are not configurable. The purpose of this issue is to hold space making re-inserting those fields along with config / settings functionality so that if those fields are needed, they can be easily hidden.

Use Case

When users need ad fields they should be available and when users don't need ad fields they should be hide-able.
