Description of the bug

When running 'make`, if you choose to have the site hosted on VIP, after the configuration has completed, there will be two vendor folders.

One will be located in the root of the plugin and one will be located in client-mu-plugins/vendor

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Run make
  2. Be sure to select yes when asked if it will be hosted on VIP
  3. Notice the vendor directory in the root of the plugin and inside of client-mu-plugins
