Automatic redirect as a response from makeurl

This is very typical use-case when 3rd party application integrated via makeurl endpoint, just after generating Turnilo hash, prepares the URL and redirects client. It would be easier if client browser could make a request to the makeurl endpoint and the browser will be automatically redirected into generated URL.

Endpoint makeurl must be aware of the Turnilo public address to directly redirect client browser. Please keep in mind that Turnilo is often installed behind reverse proxy.
