目前,看代码里面, 必须要在tabsLayout运行时设置了local才能启用运行时配置, 否则将使用默认配置, 这样的话,就不能单独设置Tabs的属性了

就上面这个功能，tabProps为什么没有绑定 initialValue 的数据呢？，自定义tab的时候 我需要initialValue这个值如何去获取？
我看定义了_initialState 为什么没有传到tabsProps对象上面呢？
