Fail to detect internet connection: io read/write or closed pipea

my xui panel stop working, and i've tried several times reisntall from scratch, and use different domain names, but still faced same, that connection not works for me.

obrained SSL cert with cerbot.

also faced errors with handshake, completely lost, help required
not sure what to provide more as proofs
