πŸ”¬ About Me

I'm a Materials and Welding Engineer with a strong focus on Wire-Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM), finite element simulation, and mechanical properties analysis.

My research centers on understanding how manufacturing parameters affect residual stress, microstructure, and performance in additively manufactured steel components β€” combining experimental work with thermal-mechanical FEM modeling in ANSYS APDL.

I also hold a B.Sc. in Safety & Inspection Engineering, where I developed expertise in Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and damage mechanism assessment for industrial equipment.

πŸ§ͺ Research Highlights

  • WAAM Simulation β€” Thermal-mechanical FEM modeling of residual stress in low-alloy steel fabricated by Wire-Arc Additive Manufacturing (ANSYS APDL)
  • Hydrogen Cracking β€” Quantifying the relationship between hydrogen content and strain in API 5L X70 steel
  • Post-Processing Effects β€” Investigating how post-processing influences the mechanical properties of WAAM components
  • RBI Program β€” Developed a full Risk-Based Inspection program for a distillation tower unit using Damage Plus software
