TODO:

  • Rerun and replot PCAs after new cohorts analysis, showing how we now deal with taxon in Far West.
  • Consider adding F3 analysis.

Consider broadening out to discuss how we handle cryptic taxa in a bit more generality. Could then have potentially three case studies, (1) bissau, (2) goundry/tengrela, (3) pwani.
