Yi Outdoor camera

I have problems with my Yi Outdoor Camera and RTSP stream.
Flashing went fine (8GB card, formatted on mac to FAT32), access via IP works and also snapshots are visible. When I try to access the rtsp stream with VLC I get "connection failed".

Some more I tried with chatGPT:

I also tried: IP is static, Port opened on router, VLC & other apps, reinstalles/resetted/reformatted a few times, different SD cards, using windows instead of mac to prepare SD card...

Any ideas or hints?

I got the same. But solved it simply by switching to RTSP player from google play.
