"Cluster Deployment" contains stale information.

in this doc it's using v1.3.0
to deploy cluster mode, we need to specify external datasource (搭建nacos 2.2.3集群并开启鉴权后启动失败 #11015 (comment)) , but in the documentation there's no description about that.

document welcome contribution.

cluster mode not need external datasource, can use derby database but need know how the jraft work and maintain.
