Fix the following failure in browser environment:

       Error: Error from test 'then the parsed Get Block response should have heartbeat address {string}': ReferenceError: skip is not defined
       ReferenceError: skip is not defined
           at Object.eval (eval at executeScript (:1:1), <anonymous>:1363:13)
           at eval (eval at <anonymous> (:1:1), <anonymous>:8:40)
