Hi, I'm Alex Rupérez 👋

👨🏼‍💻 About me

I'm a Senior Technical Director at Globant, focused on driving Enterprise AI adoption and AI-first strategies across EMEA.

I work at the intersection of technology strategy, engineering, and business, helping organizations turn Generative AI and agentic systems into real enterprise capabilities, scalable delivery models, and measurable outcomes.

My current focus includes:

I've been building software and contributing to the open source community since 2010. My background started in mobile and iOS engineering, and over the years evolved into technical leadership, technology strategy, and Enterprise AI.

I still enjoy building things, breaking things, understanding why they broke, and occasionally pretending that the documentation was clear.

Currently working on AI Pods by Globant, AI-first delivery models, agentic software engineering, and the practical adoption of GenAI across the software development lifecycle.
