DualList "selected Items" is not working as input

I am following exactly as the video shows with creating a variable for the selected items as an output but also adding that is the input for selected items, but it is not showing as Input when going back to previous flow screen.

I am on version 1.0 and I believe there is an updated version, but I am unable to find the link to it.

Here is the debug of the info going to the component, Wisconsin is not showing in the selected Items List:

SCREEN: Change_Territory_Area
Lightning Component: States
Screen component: c:dualListBoxFSC
Inputs:
FullItemSetCSV = (Minnesota,Iowa,Wisconsin)
SelectedItemsCSV = (Wisconsin)

@JBullert can you confirm this is still an issue with the latest version?
