"Could not allocate dynamic translator buffer" when run qemu on M1 macos 12.6.1

When I try to start qemu on M1 macos 12.6.1, it failed and tell me "Could not allocate dynamic translator buffer".

I search this question and try to enable hvf when compile qemu like some solutions on the web, but --accel help only list tcg.
