The resources available to a VM are counted in terms of capabilities and compute units. Capabilities provided to the VM include:

1 base capability to run. Access to the Aleph APIs is included.
1 capability for outgoing internet access
1 capability for accessing blockchain RPC nodes
1 capability to enable automatic snapshots (not available yet)
