The owner/alternate/expert tags show up multiple times #174

I have noticed a few times that the owner/alternate/expert tags show up multiple times. When you hover over them, they list the same files though.

I'm assuming this happens intermittently?

Either way, not good! Also, an easy fix. Will do it next week when I'm not on vacation.
