I think this fixes #15 but will need verification. To test this branch:

npm uninstall -g perk-cli
git clone https://github.com/alarner/perk-cli.git
cd into repository
git fetch origin
git checkout -b use-strict-fix origin/use-strict-fix
git merge master
npm link

try running...

perk test-new


          Remove unnecessary --use_strict flag
