๐ Aspiring Software Engineer | Python Developer | DevOps Enthusiast | Open Source Contributor ๐ Varanasi, India
Iโm a self-driven developer and DevOps enthusiast, currently preparing for my engineering entrance exams while building hands-on, real-world projects.
My current mission is to explore the full DevOps pipeline โ from backend APIs to container orchestration โ and learn through practical implementation rather than theory dumps.
I believe in โlearning by building, failing fast, and documenting everything.โ
A self-hosted full-stack lab project where Iโm building, containerizing, and deploying a FastAPI backend with a React (Vite) frontend on a Fedora environment. The goal: Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and complete local automation from scratch.
๐ง Focus Areas:
- Building reproducible full-stack environments using Docker and Compose
- CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions (coming soon)
- Optimizing lightweight workflows for development on limited hardware
I'm comfortable working across the full stack, from modern decoupled apps to classic monolithic systems.
Modern DevOps & Full-Stack (Current Focus):
- Frontend: React, Vite, TypeScript
- Backend: Python (FastAPI), SQLAlchemy
- DevOps: Docker, Git, Linux (Fedora)
- Database: PostgreSQL (with Alembic for migrations)
Classic Full-Stack & Foundational:
- Backend: Python (Flask/FastAPI), Jinja2 (Templating)
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (DOM & API Fetching)
- Database: SQLAlchemy, SQLite
Before tackling my main lab, I built a solid foundation of full-stack, data-driven applications.
- Full-Stack Monoliths: A portfolio of apps (
LIfeLogger,SkillShare,FinanceApp,Todoapp) built using the classic Python stack (FastAPI/Flask, SQLAlchemy, Jinja2 templates) to master CRUD operations and database management. - Client-Side App: A
weatherappbuilt with vanilla JavaScript to practice external API consumption and DOM manipulation.
When Iโm not debugging YAML files or fighting dependency errors, I unwind through: ๐ธ Playing the guitar ๐จ Creating art ๐ Reading fiction (and the occasional manga arc binge)
- ๐ฆ Twitter / X: @AkshatKush1903 โ where I share progress on my #DevOpsJourney and #100DaysOfCode
- ๐งญ GitHub: Youโre already here โ explore my projects, drop a star, or open an issue.
โConsistency beats talent when talent doesnโt stay consistent.โ
Every commit, every container, every line โ part of my journey to become the engineer I wish I had to learn from.
