Translator Resources
Panopticon's main language is English (Great Britain). This is the only language we guarantee to be complete, and serves as the base for all translations.
Translations are community-led, which means it's users like you who do the translating. The only translation we manage internally in Akeeba Ltd is Greek (Greece) because that's the native language of our lead developer, and we maintain it because it serves as a real-world test for the localisation features in Panopticon.
Panopticon uses Joomla!-style INI language files, and that's what you get when you download the software. However, these files must not be translated directly.
We use PO files to manage translations. You can translate these files using Poedit and submit them as Pull Requests through GitHub, using GitHub's ridiculously easy one-click process to propose a file change. You do not need to be a developer, or have any kind of developer-like setup on your computer to translate Panopticon.
