0.4.0

What step the error happened?

Configuring a new connector

Relevant information

The big query source currently doesn't support an optional JSON service account key so that application default credentials can be used when using airbyte open source in kubes. This currently works for the big query destination since #3947
There doesn't seem any major reason why this could not be supported for the source connector as well in a similar way by making the json key optional and using the application default credentials when the key is not set.
