Reduce Runner idling

Idling runners for too long can cause the runner disk to be full. We’d like to have a kind of guarantee that an idle runner is restarted on a daily basis.

Hii @bnchrch, I would like to work on this issue, but had a few question regarding it; do you want to schedule running of actions to make Airbyte CI to run daily

Hey @harshau007 unfortunately this one will require access to our infrastructure at airbyte so we wont be able to have you work on this ticket specifically.

However there are always plenty of other issues in the backlog. Let me know if you need a hand finding another one thats interesting to you :)
