Configuring a new connector

Relevant information

Adding and testing stream for 1 simple table on Servicenow works like a charm. Test shows request/response with correct data. But when I add this custom connector in UI and click on 'Set up as source', 'docker run --rm......' command for source-declarative-manifest runs and fails with error 'UserDefinedBackoffException : The request failed due to an unknown error'. How to troubleshoot/fix this issue? Really appreciate your help.
