Updating from oe-python-template, inheriting:

  • Preparation for GUI with auto-discovered pages, using NiceGUI
  • Preparation for serving notebook via uvx aignostics notebook
  • Multi-stage Docker image in fat and slim flavor, running as non-root in immutable container
  • Improved test coverage

Features:

  • Integration of idc enabling query of and download from IDC Portal
  • Spike for GUI showing local DICOM image
