Training code saves images to disk even when also logging to wandb

When logging to wandb, there is no need to save images to disk (they are already stored by wandb). Saving images for every channel at every epoch bloats the output datasets of training jobs. I thought they would not be saved to disk because of this conditional, but in practice I find the images are in the output datasets. Need to debug.
