@MengZhang - I got an email from Siyabusa, working with Medha Devare. Can you help him? Mkuhlani, Siyabusa (IITA) S.Mkuhlani@cgiar.org Text of the email is below.

I am Siyabusa, working with Medha Devare on the CGIAR Excellence in Agronomy Initiative in IITA.

Maybe you already aware of this, but on EiA-TRANSFORM we seek to develop a system that produces model (DSSAT, APSIM etc.) ready to run files from a data pool. Data pool consists of a standardised agronomic data sets of different spatial and temporal scales. AgMip already has a similar system that uses the VMapper to annotate data sets, which is input to the data factory to produce .json, .aceb and the model ready to run input files.

From the source code on the AgMIP git, SCIO one of our contractors, has developed a system consumes .json files to produce model ready to run input files. We therefore are requesting if we can access the source code for the VMapper and data factory, so that we are able to replicate the process of developing the .json files from the agronomic data.

The AgMIP git does not seem to be clear on the source code of some tools especially the data factory.
