tasks removed after closing the app

I use MacOS, I don't think I ever closed the app seeing how I'm new to using it, after opening it again I noticed that all my completed tasks got removed, is this a bug or is it how the app normally behaves? I would like the tasks to continue seeding.
Also, the fact that i don't see any ratio or uploaded size kinda bugs me... is this normal or am i the one bugging? I see a lot of praise to Motrix and i like the UI and everything but it feels like some key things are missing. Or am i just having trouble finding them?
