improve nanopb src and header file generation with comments #43

Comments in the .proto files aren't propagated to the resulting header files.

This is a disadvantage because those comments then won't be visible to IDE users.

Perhaps this could be improved and pushed to the nanopb since it's developed on github too: https://github.com/nanopb/nanopb
