When searching for “animation” in the A-Frame documentation (https://aframe.io), the search results display suspicious messages like:

“This is hacked by testanimation”
…across all search result titles and descriptions for animation-related content.

This appears to be a defacement of the documentation search index, possibly via Algolia.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://aframe.io
2. Search for “animation”
3. Observe the search result titles and descriptions

This issue still exists. Not just animation, whatever you type in the search box shows the same message.
