Add a block height to time

• What is the expected behavior?

It would be handy to have a field that allows to enter a block height and it will return
back the time when the block was added or the estimated time that will be added in the future.

the time should be the local time of the browser client.

It would be nice to have it also on the other way around

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

It is just handy to have
