Rails Showcase of Stimulus-Flatpickr wrapper

This example shows how to use stimulus-flatpickr wrapper in a Rails app to have an advanced date picking solution with:

• localization of the datepicker 🌍
• localization of the date formats 🌍
• availabilities in the date picker 📅
