Publish Reproducible Build status on the website for all binaries #3148

When we publish binaries, the Eclipse Adoptium should also mark the binaries with their reproducibility status, or maybe a "badge", like here:

A suitable alogorithm for determining reproducible percent eg. percentage of files in the binary that are reproducible (eg.99.8%), could be placed next to the badge.

maybe this issue should be in the https://github.com/adoptium/website-v2 repo?
