Bug in ansible playbook

The download of VS_Community.exe for Visual Studio 2022 has an error as the checksum for the download has changed.

Seen in a VPC run. https://ci.adoptium.net/job/VagrantPlaybookCheck/OS=Win2022,label=vagrant/1775/console

This usually occurs as MS periodically update the VS installer bootstrapper.
