Occaisionally to test new feature it is currently necessary to perform a openjdkNN-pipeline build to test something, but not usually with an intention to actually publish a "beta" build to the binariesNN repo.
The openjdkNN-pipeline pipeline currently defaults the build type to "Nightly" (WITH PUBLISH), rather than "Night without publish", it is thus quite easy to perform a test build and forget to change the build type and you end up publishing a new "beta" build, which is then publicly available via the API...
We should change the default to "Night Without Publish"
